A great opportunity for an experienced Client Services Administrator who is experienced working within the Public Practice sector and would love a part time opportunity, working either school hours or 3-4 days per week. Working with a dedicated, professional, industry leading team who are specialise firm practicing in Tax, Business Advisory and Audit.
About the Role If you are an ambitoius learner, the role will present variety in your day with the following:
Key skills/ responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Client onboarding and document management
- Supporting the Directors and managers
- Coordinate ASIC and ATO payments
- Manage the administration workflow
- Assist in training new administration staff
- Implementing process improvement
- 4 years experience within the public practice sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise your work
- Strong attention to detail
- Pro active approach towards your work
- Experience with ATO lodgements
