Position Overview:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion. Your role will involve ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with company policies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and that our contractual relationships are optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, tracking of contract renewals and amendments.
  • Maintain and update contract records and databases, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions and ensure timely fulfillment of obligations.
  • Continuously improve contract management processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contractual terms.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
