About the company
Our client is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients. Are you a professional, friendly, and proactive experienced Receptionist who also possesses strong admin abilities? Then this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:
- Managing calls and address queries over the phone
- Meet and greeting clients
- High level administrative support
- Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings
- Assisting with organising catering for boardroom meetings
Requirements/Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
- Experience working in a receptionist role advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Competency with IT systems
