Key Responsibilities
- Manage and sort incoming mail, including ATO correspondences/notice of assessments, and maintain ATOmate
- Generate cover letters for clients
- Scan and save documents into the electronic filing system
- Provide backup for Reception
- Update the digital library with new resources
- Manage and update the database (APS)
- Administer ShareFile access
- Provide flexible assistance to other members of the Administration team
- 12+ months of administrative experience in a corporate setting, including Reception duties
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable phone manner
- Strong customer service orientation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
