We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This is a unique role, providing the opportunity to work closely with an executive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling emails, and organising meetings.
- Assist the CEO with personal errands, including coordinating family schedules, managing household tasks, booking personal appointments, and handling various day-to-day personal responsibilities.
- Organise both professional and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, transport arrangements, and itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in all matters.
- Support the CEO and their family with various tasks, such as managing household staff, coordinating family events, and running personal errands as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and ensuring the CEO’s communication is well-managed.
- Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Experience handling both professional and personal tasks, including event coordination, household management, and personal errands.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proactive, assertive, and resourceful, with the ability to take the initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing demands and priorities with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism in all tasks and communications.
