About the Role

As the Personal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership operations — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in helping our leaders stay focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding construction outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to the Managing Director and senior leaders.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and organise travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare board and leadership team documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Support project tracking and key deadlines across leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate and minute internal leadership meetings and project discussions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc business needs.
 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Personal; Assistant, ideally within the construction, engineering or property sectors.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted representative of leadership.
