About the Company


We are looking for a Receptionist - Part time for a NSW government client based in Olympic Park. This is a 3.5 month contract paying $38.16 per hour + super. Part time 4.5 hours/day, 5 days per week - 8:30am - 1pm.


About the Role
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support functions including organising meetings and conferences, word processing, data entry, record maintenance and maintaining stores and stationery.
  • Prepare correspondence and generate notices
  • Accurately compile and photocopy material for prosecution and assist Legal staff in case preparation.
  • Provide quality reception service by screening all phone calls and responding to enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in word processing and data entry experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to provide a reception service.
  • Current drivers licence and ability to travel
