Job description
- Ongoing role, supporting esteemed director
- Based in inner city suburbs, 5 days in office
- Partner with internal & external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretariat support directly to the CEO, managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide Board and Chair support when required, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing materials.
- Assist the CEO with the preparation of reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other documentation.
- Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO’s office, ensuring timely progression of projects.
- Take the lead in organizing committee meetings and play a key role across the organisation.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or high level administrative support/project management.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior leaders and external parties.
- Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work onsite in the CBD, five days per week.
