Customer Service Representative – 1x Part Time and 1x Full Time position- Position Title: Customer Service Representative
- Immediate start – 2 months initially with view to extend
- Pay Rate: $40.17 p/h + Super
- Location: Parramatta
- Full Time position: 1x 35hour position
- Part Time position: 1x 25hour position
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated (PT & FT) Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic Customer Contact Centre team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service across various channels by responding to customer enquiries, providing solutions and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer and stakeholder service delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Resolve 80% of customer contacts independently to ensure satisfaction without escalation.
- Continuously improve processes, systems and customer experiences to align with best practices.
- Utilise internal systems to manage transactions for internal and external customers.
- Build successful partnerships with customers and service providers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Comply with workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and build relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Windows operational systems and multiple information systems.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
