The Role


Our NSW Government client looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Product Manager with extensive and specialised expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to lead the development, optimisation, and expansion of their CRM platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape their Dynamics 365 ecosystem and drive long-term business success through your specialised knowledge and experience.


Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, sales, marketing, and operations to gather insights, identify pain points, and align on CRM priorities that support business needs.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement through deep discovery sessions to capture detailed functional and technical requirements that support operational workflows.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals, and prioritising initiatives based on stakeholder impact and business value.
  • Utilise data-driven decision-making to evaluate feature requests, ensuring a fair balance between competing priorities across departments.
  • Clearly communicate platform capabilities, feature updates, and product changes to all stakeholders to foster transparency and shared understanding.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage product releases—overseeing feature rollouts, change management, and post-launch improvements.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously assess the CRM system’s effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Drive ongoing iteration and platform enhancement by incorporating user feedback, market trends, and business requirements—proactively addressing obstacles and proposing innovative solutions.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Profound understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Experience in Case Management/Business Process Management systems.
  • Expereince with cross-functional teams, understanding business needs, negotiating scope, and delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Strong expertise in CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and scope negotiation.
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple job functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment on product priorities and to convey product changes to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • A track record of successfully managing and improving a product throughout its lifecycle.
