Job description

*may require travel to Sydney once every 2 months for a couple of days*
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to align with client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve support requests related to the Complaints Management function.
- Lead workshops, product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work with the technical team on customisations.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and optimal system use.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customising, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online, with a strong focus on Case Management.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM processes, workflows, and Power Platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in development tools, including C#.NET, JavaScript, Portal Liquid, and .NET Plugins for custom development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in creating technical and process documentation while sharing knowledge with team members.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus.
