As a Java Developer working for our client, you will design, build, and maintain applications in their newly funded project. Your responsibilities will include coding, testing, and debugging software applications. You'll analyse user requirements, collaborate with teams, and continuously improve existing systems for optimal performance and user experience.

About the Role
  • Further development and maintenance of the overall architecture, consisting of frontend, backend, databases, etc.
  • You develop new features independently and together with your team in close cooperation with their product managers
  • You also ensure quality and functionality through unit and integration tests
  • Mentoring and support of junior developers as well as technical exchange within the team
 
Skills & Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a senior developer
  • Very good knowledge of object-oriented development with Java
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL, Spring Boot & Docker
  • Hands-on mentality, enjoyment of development and a high level of commitment
  • Quality awareness, independent work and problem solving
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up enviroment
