About the company:
Our client in the education industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and to support the CEO.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven EA to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is based in the CBD and requires someone to be in the office five days per week, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and secretariat support directly to the CEO, managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Assist the CEO with the preparation of reports, briefing papers, presentations, and other documentation.
- Manage the flow of information to and from the CEO’s office, ensuring timely progression of projects.
- Take the lead in organizing committee meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-suite executives (CEO ideally).
- Proven experience within the education sector is preferred.
- Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior leaders.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You will ideally have completed a Bachelor's degree or mBA.
- Must be available to work onsite in the CBD, five days per week.
