Job description
- Executive Assistant to support C-suite executives
- Starting ASAP | Initially contracted until 30th November | Could lead to longer term opportunities
- CBD Location | $54 - $60 per hour + super
A leading organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD is looking for an experienced EA to join their team. You will be joining a team of 3 EA’s. This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday. You will be supporting 3 C-suite executives.
This role is a 6-week contract with the potential for extension, starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to 3 c-suit executives
- Manage complex diaries with a proactive approach to scheduling and changes.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Support executives by handling queries, phone calls, and drafting documents.
- Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, at the C-suite level.
- Proven expertise in diary management and coordination across multiple executives.
- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Competitive hourly rate of $54 - $60 + super.
