About the company:

A leading organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD is looking for an experienced EA to join their team. You will be joining a team of 3 EA’s. This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday. You will be supporting 3 C-suite executives.  

This role is a 6-week contract with the potential for extension, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to 3 c-suit executives 
  • Manage complex diaries with a proactive approach to scheduling and changes.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support executives by handling queries, phone calls, and drafting documents.
You will have the following:

  • Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, at the C-suite level.
  • Proven expertise in diary management and coordination across multiple executives.
  • Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is highly regarded.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
