Finance Business Partner- Global business with a large presence in ANZ

This global construction and engineering consultancy business is a market leader in their field and looking to expand their high caliber finance team. This business is growing year on year, with big plans over the coming 5 years, offering career progression and development. Based in Perth's CBD, they are close to public transport and the CBD’s bars and restaurants.
About the role
- Collaborate in budget creation, forecasting, and financial modeling to align business goals with financial targets
- Support long-term financial planning, focusing on potential growth opportunities, cost control, and risk management
- Work with senior leaders to influence and shape business strategy from a financial perspective
- Offer insights and recommendations on potential business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives
- Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Communicate complex financial data in a clear, business-focused way for non-financial stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with business units to understand operational needs and challenges
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, aligning goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Lead or participate in projects, from financial strategy development to implementation
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Relevant industry experience
- Confident individual happy to challenge the status quo
- CA/CPA qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
