Financial Controller (Hybrid Role)- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to come in and take ownership of the Finance Function and partner with the Managing Director

A brilliant opportunity to join an global Supply Chain business who has track record of growing through acquistions. Over the last 18-24 months this business has been on a growth journey in Australia and they are now looking for a senior finance professional to help support the Managing Director continue to grow the business.
A critical thing for this business is someone who understands the importance of a good culture, and will help drive it from the top down.
About the Role
The Financial Controller will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring the organisation's financial health and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing budgets, preparing financial reports, analysing data, and providing strategic insights to support the company’s objectives and growth agenda.
This role not only requires ownership of day-to-day accounting, including managing a team of five, but also demands the ability to offer financial insights, provide recommendations, and work closely with the Managing Director.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a hybrid role in a growing organisation with experience reporting to an overseas CFO.
Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA Qualified
- Bachelor’s degree to support qualification
- 8 + years working within senior finance positions
- Have experience across controllership and commercial finance
- Experience in team leadershiup (onshore)
