About the Role
• Cultivating strong partnerships with non-finance teams to enhance their decision making
• Managing daily interactions and business collaboration across the institute
• Play a key role in strategic and operational planning, including
• Operated independently as the right-hand to the Senior Leader, overseeing the division.
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager role with a focus on business partnering
• The ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
