IT Systems Administrator (willing to relocate to regional NSW)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT requests and issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and patch management.
  • Manage firewalls, antivirus software, and other critical IT security measures.
  • Oversee Microsoft Server environments and support Microsoft technologies, including MS 365, Active Directory, and more.
  • Work on-site with clients, providing hands-on support and ensuring their IT systems are functioning efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server, MS 365, Active Directory, firewall management, antivirus software and an assortment of IT applications.
  • Registered Driver’s Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
