What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT project management with a track record of steering large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise: Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with IT transformation initiatives is a plus!
 
Your Mission:
  • Scope & Objectives: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define clear project goals and deliverables.
  • Planning: Craft comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budget, and risk assessments.
  • Communication: Establish effective reporting structures and keep all parties informed with regular updates.
  • Resource Management: Oversee internal IT teams, external vendors, and consultants to ensure optimal performance.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, address deviations, and resolve roadblocks swiftly.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous project records, including status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures and oversee testing and validation activities.
  • Closure & Review: Facilitate project closure, conduct post-implementation reviews, and contribute to refining project management methodologies.
