Job description
Position: Our consulting client is looking for an experienced SAP PM with experience managing end-to-end projects with budgets ranging from $5~$10M. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) projects within multiple client sites. Sydney or Melbourne based but a flexibility to travel is required.

- Project Documentation
- Performance Evaluation
- Conflict Resolution
- Continuous Improvement
- Engage in the Pre-Sales
- Project estimation and costing
- Demonstrated history of managing multiple SAP implementation projects (in particular S/4 Hana). Using Activate framework is desirable.
- Significant project management experience and project leadership (indicative min 8 years)
- Proven experience in delivery utilising standard project methodologies, eg: PMI PMBOK, ASAP8, ACTIVATE, Prince2, ITIL
- Proven experience in Agile related projects and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against multiple accountabilities
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with pre-sales efforts, resource estimating and quality assurance
- Consulting / System Integrator experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, particularly in SAP implementations and upgrades.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, modules, and integration processes.
