The Team Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to 6 partners, their team and an EA. You will be facilitating smooth operations and effective communication. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Diary and room booking management
  • Client engagement tasks
  • Retrieve information when requested from Infotrack, ASIC and archived files
  • Database management
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Expense claim reconciliations
  • Billing administration
  • Client disbursements
  • Adhoc duties
Essential:     
  • Experience in a professional services organisation
  • No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, studies in Business Administration and/or bookkeeping experience would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills  
  • High attention to detail with superb organisation skills
