• Training Model & LMS Evaluation Specialist
• 10-week contract, Immediate start
• 3 days working from home, 2 days office
• Castlemaine region
• $800 per day

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the current Learning Management System (LMS) to identify areas for improvement, with gap analysis against industry benchmarks.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and implement customized training models that align with our organizational goals.
• Analyse the cost implications of the new training model and LMS enhancements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs and develop strategies for effective content delivery.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate the seamless integration of new training tools and measure their impact.

• Proven experience in LMS evaluation and training program development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• A consultative approach, with experience tailoring training models to diverse industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in designing training programs in the food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Knowledge of TAFE offerings and Government incentives for industry training.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in LMS architecture review and design.
