Business Process Analyst – Technology Transformation Program- 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract
- $110k – $120k + Super
- Central Coast Location | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who thrives on bridging the gap between people and technology. You'll work alongside passionate teams and innovative partners to shape smarter, future-ready business processes and deliver meaningful change.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to dig deep into functional needs.
- Map current vs future state processes and support solution design.
- Act as a critical liaison between business units and the technology team.
- Support change management, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist with deployment activities and ensure seamless transition to operational teams.
- Drive process improvements and support business continuity during transformation.
- Report regularly on progress, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
- Experience working across diverse teams in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
