My client is dynamic creative company based just outside of Sydney CBD (close to public transport - bus, train and light rail). Fostering a collaborative environment where every voice matters and creativity thrives.
You will be joining and small yet established team; you will be responsible for managing the day to day bookkeeping, payroll and office admin duties.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive, friendly, and highly organized approach, paired with energy and efficiency, to become an essential member the team.
 

Role duties (not limited to):

  • AP & AR - full function
  • Payroll - processing monthly
  • Various reconciliation work
  • ATO compliance (BAS, Super, EOFY reporting)
  • Inventory management
  • Organise functions & events
  • On boarding & Off boarding staff
  • Coordination of team meetings
  • Internal communication controls

Requirements:
  • Experience working on Xero
  • 5+ years working experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance preferred
  • Full working rights in Australia
 

Location
: just outside of Sydney CBD (close to public transport - bus, train and light rail)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus super (experience dependant)
VISA: Full working rights
Working location: Office Based
