About the company
Our client is a people first multinational organisation that is currently on the lookout for an experienced SAP Payroll officer on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Role summary
This role sits within the payroll team to assist with the end to end processing of payroll for upwards of 4000 staff members. This will include both fortnightly and monthly paid employees. SAP experience is a must for this position.
About the role
- Full end to end payroll processing for up to 4000 staff members
- Resolving all payroll queries
- Payroll accounting reconciliation
- Maintain payroll records, including new starters, terminations and employee changes
- Dealing with any manual payroll calculations and terminations
Skills & experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in end to end Payroll with previous experience using SAP
- Experience with Success Factors, Kronos and Service Now would be beneficial
- Strong administration skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
