About the Role
• Lead and mentor a small payroll team to ensure smooth day to day operations
• Oversea end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all tax, reporting and legislative requirements
• Develop and executive payroll strategies, focusing on continuous process improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance payroll operations to align processes with organisational goals
Skills & Experience
• Experience working in a fast paced organisation
• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar firm
• Exposure to NDIS or working in a non-profit is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership
