Senior Manager Finance | Management Accountant
$140k - $162k + Superannuation
CBD + WFH - Close to public transport only a few min walk

As a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager in grade 11/12 you will be leading/ mentoring 5x direct reports and building capabilities, including ad hoc in management accounting day to day duties. You have autonomy and make decisions that are under your direct control as directed by your Executive. Role Description:

Lead the preparation of management reporting and analysis
Provide financial advice and professional support to the executives/ Managers
Develop and implement systems, policies and processes
Month-end process including journals, cost centre reporting
Forecasting, budgeting, able to build models and making assumptions, what is driving the budget etc.
Acting as Finance Director when needed

Essential requirements:

CA/ CPA
Excellent communication skills
Management Accounting background with leadership experience + strong business partnering skills at 3ysr. in the same role
The ideal candidate will have stakeholder engagement, negotiation, influencing skills and will be technical improvement orientated a go-getter, combiner, former and aim for promotion and have a career growth mindset
