About the company:
Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Castlemaine, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team immediately. This short-term contract is for an initial period of 3 weeks, with potential for extension due to increased workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk recruitment activities to meet business needs
- Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate suitability
- Oversee compliance checks to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate and book candidates in for medical assessments
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently
- Available to work in the office 5 days per week in Castlemaine
- Immediate start
- $40 per hour + super
- Full-time, office-based role for 3 weeks (with the possibility of extension)
