About the CompanyWe are looking for a Associate Director People & Culture for a NSW government client based in Sydney CBD. This role is paying $750 per day super and is a 6 month contract. This is a HR generalist role.
About the Role
- Ability to collaborate with business leaders to design, implement, and evaluate people strategies that support business goals and foster a positive work culture.
- In-depth understanding of the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act and its application within the NSW public sector.
- Ability to ensure compliance and effectively manage workforce planning and public sector employment policies.
- Experience managing an international workforce, understanding the complexities of cross-border HR practices
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and other key stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and effectively negotiate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or similar degree
- Experience working in NSW government
- Strong human resource experience
