Job Title: Customer Engagement OfficerLocation: Sydney Olympic Park
Contract: Start ASAP - 28th February 2025
Hours: 24 hours/week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Pay: $42.26/hr + super
Role Overview:
Our client is on the lookout for a Customer Engagement Officer, who can deliver exceptional service to stakeholders, community members and visitors. You will manage enquiries via various channels, coordinate communications and support events while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with staff on complex issues.
- Promote projects through various communication methods.
- Support community engagement activities for insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage records in compliance with policies.
- Proven experience with Salesforce for customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Working with Children Check required.
