My client is dynamic creative company based just outside of Sydney CBD (close to public transport - bus, train and light rail). Fostering a collaborative environment where every voice matters and creativity thrives.
You will be joining and small yet established team; you will be responsible for managing the day to day bookkeeping, payroll and office admin duties.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive, friendly, and highly organized approach, paired with energy and efficiency, to become an essential member the team.
Role duties (not limited to):
- AP & AR - full function
- Payroll - processing monthly
- Various reconciliation work
- ATO compliance (BAS, Super, EOFY reporting)
- Inventory management
- Organise functions & events
- On boarding & Off boarding staff
- Coordination of team meetings
- Internal communication controls
Requirements:
- Experience working on Xero
- 5+ years working experience in a similar role
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
Location: just outside of Sydney CBD (close to public transport - bus, train and light rail)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super (experience dependant)
VISA: Full working rights
