Job description
- Pay rate: $42 per hour + super
- ASAP start: 3 month contract
- Location: Redfern
- Hybrid Model: 3 days in the Office - 2 days WFH
About the Company
Our client, in the Educational sector in Sydney is seeking an experienced Master Data Officer for a 3 month contract. The Master Data Officer role delivers excellent customer service and specialist support as well as working collaboratively with team members to consistently deliver high-quality service.
Duties within the role will include but not limited to:
- Accurately entering supplier information into systems
- Validating and verifying the accuracy of supplier details
- Maintaining proper documentation for each supplier, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents
- Ensure that all requests for master data changes are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Respond to any queries in respect of master data information in an effective and timely manner.
- Work with and assist other team members in their day-to-day administrative duties as required.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed
Skills & Experience:
- 2- 3 years experience
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal required when interacting with suppliers
- Proficient in data entry and data maintenance
- Strong ability to ensure data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
