Fleet Administrator
12-month fixed term contract
Up to $75K Pkg

Previous experience in the motor/vehicle fleet leasing industry would be highly regarded.
Office based role!
My client, a leader in Vehicle fleet leasing, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their high performing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As the Administrator, you will provide support in a team environment with a wide range of administrative tasks.
This role is open to candidates who are on a temporary Working Holiday Visa and can commit fully to a role until December 2023.
For the right candidate (PR/AU Citizens only) further opportunities internally could be available at the end of the fixed term contract with potential for permanent employment.
The ideal candidate would have experience in finance administration tasks such as invoicing and purchase orders and handling finance related questions.
Duties within the role will include:
Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone
Collaborate and partner with stakeholders and internal teams
Processing end of lease inspections
Processing invoices and generating purchase orders
Processing lease documentation
Assist in management of daily banking, receipt of funds,
Assist with stock reconciliations and track vehicle preparation for sale
Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and displays energy in the face of challenges
General office administration
About you:
Proven experience in a team-based customer service environment, with demonstrated ability to
meet and exceed set KPI’s and targets.
Previous experience in Fleet/Claims/Insurance would align well to this type of role.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all business levels.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and the ability to cope with working to deadlines
Methodical and process driven
Positive nature and strong work ethic
